The Lack of Altruism
The Capitol's constant force of selfish, unjust morals has forced the people of the Districts out of their altruistic ways and into a life of selfishness. This push of selfishness leads the citizens of Panem to lack concern and the want to help others and their own community altruistically. The recruitment of tributes into the 'Hunger Games' is the cause of this lack of altruism. These innocent citizens must change their altruistic ways into selfishness as they must kill other innocent tributes in order to survive. As altruism is needed in our society, it is also needed in Panem's in order for them to succeed and prosper. Stopping the 'Hunger Games' would solve this issue and allow Panem to become a much greater society.
